about

This four song collection was written mainly for a local electronic dance band known as John Henry’s Revenge. Unfortunately the songs were not recorded or produced until after the band suddenly parted ways. Shocked and discouraged at the abruptness of it’s ending, Chris was still determined to work diligently to find a home for his orphaned songs. Coming full circle a year later Pena is looking forward to picking up where the previous band left off.

The music itself is a mixture of Pulsing synths, Punchy Basslines and Art-Rock sections amplifies the precarious state of mind which is somewhere between angst and ambition. Resolution also explores in four different songs what drives and steers us to make a change. All this to the tune of Electro-funk sauteed with a dash of jazz-infused pop.

Listeners must avoid at all costs quoting any of its melodies in improvisational solos, singing or air-guitaring the protected songs will also be considered a form of illegal sharing and are in fact strictly forbidden. Consumers are also encouraged not to "think" the music in their head for no longer than ten minutes. Since the temptation to sing uninhibited in a loud fashion is almost unavoidable at that point. Consumers must also avoid playing the purchased music at inordinate volumes on the car stereo. Lest Nearby pedestrians and drivers would be granted an unauthorized listen…wait a minute are you actually reading this right now? Wow props to you, you know your probably like one of five people in the world to ever read this. You should consider channeling such dedication to being a band groupie. jk..but seriously I could use some help spreading the word...
